Celebrate and honour the achievements of the Trent Hills business community by nominating a business or organization for their commitment to excellence.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Nominations are limited to businesses or organizations located in Trent Hills, OR who are members of the Trent Hills Chamber of Commerce.
- Nominations may be submitted by customers, businesses, employees or individuals. Self-nominations are permitted with the exception of the following categories: Excellence in Business and Customer Experience.
- A nominee may be nominated for a maximum of two categories, so long as the criteria is applicable to the nominee.
- All nominees must confirm acceptance of their nomination and complete a Nomination Questionnaire. Failure to do so will make the nomination null and void. The questionnaires will be sent to nominees upon receipt of the nomination.
- Nomination forms must be submitted by Monday, March 13 at 4 pm, online or by mail to Trent Hills Chamber of Commerce, 51 Grand Road, PO Box 376, Campbellford, Ontario, K0L 1L0. You can email your nomination form to: firstname.lastname@example.org

Recognizes new businesses that have achieved significant success in one to three years of operation. The recipient will have implemented a vision and pursued strategies that promote, enhance and sustain awareness of their business and their brand to increase sales, overcome obstacles, and understand and meet the needs of their customers.
EXCELLENCE IN TOURISM
Centre & Main Chocolate
Recognizes businesses* that play an active role in the development of the local hospitality and tourism industry, helping to make Trent Hills a great place to visit. The recipient provides outstanding customer service, high-quality products and/or services, delivers innovative marketing campaigns, and recognizes the importance of hospitality to support the tourism economy in Trent Hills. *Non-profit organizations are not eligible for this award.
RBC Financial Group
Recognizes businesses that are seen as leaders in finding ways of doing business while doing good for the community. This could include donating time, money, social capital, marketing support, and/or volunteer actions for community causes. The recipient will have demonstrated their community pride by supporting local charities and organizations, events and/or initiatives.
Ontario Power Generation (OPG)
Recognizes non-profit organizations that exemplify excellence in service to the community. They have an established reputation for innovation, strategic partnerships, effective volunteer management, successful marketing and promotions, delivery of exceptional programs and services. The recipient will have demonstrated measurable results for the betterment of the organization and the community.

Recognizes businesses or organizations that have successfully utilized digital technology to develop, enhance or modify business processes, the customer experience, or employee efficiency. The recipient will demonstrate how their digital transformation has had a significant impact on their operations.

The Peculiar Platypus
Recognizes businesses or organizations that understand the role of diversity and inclusion as being essential to the growth, structure, and continued success of any organization. The recipient will have demonstrated creating an environment that is inclusive and respectful; they go above and beyond to reduce barriers for all.
EXCELLENCE IN WORKPLACE WELLNESS AND CULTURE
Recognizes businesses or organizations that excel while demonstrating a commitment to the physical, intellectual, and emotional support of employees through the work environment. Their commitment to health and safety, team development and team well-being fosters a loyal and healthy workforce.

The recipient of this award will be chosen from amongst all the business nominees that have demonstrated the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to business disruptions, such as the global pandemic. They have shown tremendous skills and have been adept at evolving their practices, policies and procedures, ensuring business viability and/or community contribution.
