Municipality of Trent Hills
This initiative enables the Municipality of Trent Hills to extend grants and fee rebates, fostering growth and enhancement within our community. If you are a property owner or business situated in the downtown areas of Campbellford, Hastings, or Warkworth, you are eligible to apply for funding through the CIP.
It’s crucial to note that applications and approvals must be secured PRIOR to commencing any renovation project.
CIP projects encompass various elements, such as:
- Enhancements to building facades
- Installation of signage and mural art
- Improvements in accessibility
- Renovation of upper-level residential units
