Recognizes businesses* that play an active role in the development of the local hospitality and tourism industry, helping to make Trent Hills a great place to visit. The recipient provides outstanding customer service, high-quality products and/or services, delivers innovative marketing campaigns, and recognizes the importance of hospitality to support the tourism economy in Trent Hills. *Non-profit organizations are not eligible for this award.

Recognizes businesses that are seen as leaders in finding ways of doing business while doing good for the community. This could include donating time, money, social capital, marketing support, and/or volunteer actions for community causes. Recognizes non-profit organizations that exemplify excellence in service to the community.
