The THCC recently concluded its 2023 Strategic Plan, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s journey towards a brighter future.

Board Delighted with Strategic Plan Success

The Trent Hills Chamber of Commerce recently concluded its Strategic Plan, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s journey towards a brighter future. The board members, who have been hard at work shaping this plan, wore smiles of accomplishment at the most recent board meeting. They eagerly anticipate diving into the upcoming priorities that will drive growth and prosperity in Trent Hills.

The Key Priorities

The strategic plan outlines several key priorities that will guide the Chamber’s actions in the coming years:

  1. Membership Recruitment and Retention: At the heart of any thriving organization is a strong and engaged membership base. The Chamber aims to build a diverse and engaged membership, ensuring that it remains a valuable resource for businesses in Trent Hills.
  2. Advocacy at All Levels: As the Voice of Business in Trent Hills, the Chamber will continue to advocate for its members’ interests at all three levels of government. This advocacy is vital for fostering an environment in which businesses can thrive.
  3. Building the Chamber Brand: Effective and innovative marketing and communication channels and platforms will be used to enhance the Chamber’s brand. This will not only raise awareness but also showcase the value it brings to the community.
  4. Economic Development: To foster growth and prosperity in Trent Hills, the Chamber will actively engage in economic development initiatives. This commitment to economic growth will benefit businesses and residents alike.
  5. Community Engagement: A strong, vibrant, and interconnected community is essential for long-term success. The Chamber is dedicated to promoting community engagement, making Trent Hills an even better place to live and do business.
